In Power BI, page and bookmark navigators are essential features that enable users to create interactive and dynamic reports. These navigators help users navigate through different report pages and views, providing a seamless experience for data exploration and analysis
The Page Navigator slicer allows users to navigate to other pages in their reports
Page name: Identifies the name of the page containing the page navigator.
Show hidden pages: (On/Off) Option to make hidden pages visible in the page navigator.
Show tooltip pages: (On/Off) Option to include all the tooltip pages in the page navigator.
Show all by default: (On/Off) Option to display all the report pages in the page navigator.
Pages to show: Controls which pages appear in the report navigator.
Bookmarks in Power BI capture the current state of a report, including filters, slicer selections, visualizations, and page navigation settings. The bookmark navigator slicer allows users to navigate between bookmark states in the report.
Page name: Identifies the name of the page containing the bookmark navigator.
Selected bookmark: The currently active bookmark displayed in the navigator.
Allow deselection: (On/Off)
Launch on deselection: Specifies the bookmark activated when all others are deselected.
Hide deselection bookmark: (On/Off) Optionally hides the "deselected state" bookmark from the navigator
