Snapshot of the Analyze section

Purpose

  1. Comprehensive Analysis: Examine the entire Power BI project at both the report level and data model level. This allows users to gain insights into the entire project structure and relationships

  2. Categorized Analysis: Thoughtful categorization of the analysis into distinct categories such as Report, Data Model, DAX, Dependencies, Roles, and M-Query. This categorization streamlines the user experience, ensuring that users can focus on specific aspects of their Power BI projects efficiently.

  3. Detailed Subsections: Enhanced usability by dividing each Power BI feature into subsections. For example, the filters tab is segmented into Visual Filters, Page Filters, Report Filters, and Drill-through Filters. This level of granularity simplifies navigation and ensures that users can quickly find and assess the specific elements they need.

  4. Coverage of Overlooked Information: We highlight critical details like Page Refresh options for Direct Query storage mode and refresh policies.

  5. Coverage of Additional Features: Advanced features like calculation groups, OLS, and KPIs are covered. These are normally created using various external tools. Powerops eliminates the need for multiple tools.
